SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are detailed below, hereinafter referred to as "general terms and conditions" exclusively determine the contractual relationships between any user of the online store firstgel.pt, hereinafter referred to as "user" belonging to Legend Majestic Lda. With headquarters at Rua Dr. Alcides Branco 3-B Fraction G, Santa Maria da Feira, registered under no. 513 333 274, hereinafter referred to as "Legend Majestic".
Legend Majestic may promptly modify certain provisions of its general conditions, it is recommended to read the general conditions for each visit in the online store firstgel.pt, hereinafter referred to as "online store". We believe that when the order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our general conditions of sale.
The purchase of our products or use of our online store will be carried out in accordance with these general conditions. By registering at the online store or buying through it you agree to be bound by them.
In case of omission of any condition, it will be considered regulated by the customs and practices in force in the area of distance selling in accordance with the norms of the Code of Ethics and Legal Practices of AMD - Portuguese Association of Direct Marketing.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
The prices, taxes and shipping costs of the products are presented in euros and stipulated when placing your order in the online store. Delivery fees are at the customer's expense and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected.
Continental Portugal: € 5.95 (VAT included) - order delivery in the afternoon of the following business day (until 7pm)
Continental Portugal: 5,00 € (VAT included) - delivery within 2 working days after shipment
Continental Portugal: Free - Orders over € 75 (VAT included) - delivery up to 2 business days after shipment
Portugal Islands: 5,00 € (VAT included) - delivery within 4-8 business days after shipment

Legend Majestic reserves the right to make adjustments in price due to any increase in the price of our suppliers, or the imposition of new taxes or fees, or due to an error or omission.
All sales in Portugal include VAT. Sales made by companies with a valid VAT number or based outside the European Union are exempt from VAT or other taxes. Without prejudice to the tax legislation of the country of receipt of the products.
Legend Majestic offers you 3 modes of payment:

Multibanco: At the time of ordering, you can choose the ATM option and you will receive the entity, reference and amount payable at any ATM closest to you.
The bank transfer will have to be consummated within 1 (one) week from the time the order was placed. After this deadline, the order will be canceled;
To simplify the processing of your request, when possible, make sure, at the time of the bank transfer, insert the payment reference.
Once the payment has been confirmed, Legend Majestic will proceed to send the order to the indicated address.
The invoice for the business transaction will be sent to track the customer's merchandise as soon as the order is shipped.
Legend Majestic respects the following shipping times depending on the availability of inventory:
In case of immediate availability in inventory, the shipment of the products will be carried out between 24 - 48 hours.
In case of immediate temporary unavailability of inventory the shipment will be carried out between 8-10 business days.
However, if one of the ordered products is permanently unavailable to the producer, Legend Majestic undertakes to send the remaining available products of the order and offers the "delivery fee" for the remainder of the order. Legend Majestic asks that the customer choose instead of the unavailable product, a product with equivalent quality and price. In case of refusal by the customer, Legend Majestic will reimburse the value of the unavailable product.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
The order will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates at the time of purchase. Legend Majestic does not deliver in PO Boxes. Orders will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.
Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfill the delivery of the order if the address provided corresponds to a house or store in mainland Portugal.
To order the order is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address, as this service does not include scheduling or marking.
A delivery is deemed to be effected with signature of delivery receipts at the agreed upon address.
It is the aim of Legend Majestic to dispatch all orders within 24 hours after receipt of the order, subject to security checks and inventory availability.
When a product has the indication of "available", the time between the moment you place the order and the date of delivery of the carrier at your address results from the combination of the following:
Delivery time (24 to 48 hours) = payment validation + order preparation + order delivery to the carrier
Delivery time of the carrier. You will receive the information at the beginning of this term from the time you receive the "Order Send" email.
Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. For orders originating in PORTUGAL, the products must normally be received at the destination within 48 hours. Orders with origin outside PORTUGAL should normally be received at the destination within 7 working days.
We will make every effort to deliver on time, so we will not be liable for any damages caused by delays in delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time.
If the order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the value of the products less the shipping costs to cover shipping and administrative charges.
The online store can not be responsible for improper handling of the packaging by different logistics services. We pack all of our products in appropriate, well-protected packaging and should arrive in good condition if handled by logistics services in the right way. By signing the user is accepting that the order will arrive in good condition.

Until you return the order to us, you must keep it in your possession in good condition.
We will return the amount of the canceled products, after receiving and verifying that they are in a resold state. We do not reimburse any charges incurred with postage.

We will replace the items on the order or send the refund, as appropriate, by paying the shipping charges. For this purpose you will need to obtain a proof of delivery of your transport service so that we can reimburse you for the ordering.
