Shipping & Returns


The order will be delivered to the address that the customer indicates at the time of purchase. Legend Majestic does not deliver in PO Boxes. Orders will be shipped only after confirmation of payment.

Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday from 9am to 7pm. We do not ship on certain holidays. We can only fulfill the delivery of the order if the address provided corresponds to a house or store in mainland Portugal.

To order the order is necessary to ensure that someone is at the address, as this service does not include scheduling or marking.

A delivery is deemed to be effected with signature of delivery receipts at the agreed upon address.

It is the aim of Legend Majestic to dispatch all orders within 24 hours after receipt of the order, subject to security checks and inventory availability.

When a product has the indication of "available", the time between the moment you place the order and the date of delivery of the carrier at your address results from the combination of the following:

Delivery time (24 to 48 hours) = payment validation + order preparation + order delivery to the carrier

Delivery time of the carrier. You will receive the information at the beginning of this term from the time you receive the "Order Send" email.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. For orders originating in PORTUGAL, the products must normally be received at the destination within 48 hours. Orders with origin outside PORTUGAL should normally be received at the destination within 7 working days.

We will make every effort to deliver on time, so we will not be liable for any damages caused by delays in delivery. Please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email if you do not receive your order within a reasonable time.

If the order is returned to us as undelivered, we will refund the value of the products less the shipping costs to cover shipping and administrative charges.

The online store can not be responsible for improper handling of the packaging by different logistics services. We pack all of our products in appropriate, well-protected packaging and should arrive in good condition if handled by logistics services in the right way. By signing the user is accepting that the order will arrive in good condition.

If you want to return the order after receiving it, it must be carefully reassembled and resend to the following address:

Until you return the order to us, you must keep it in your possession in good condition.

We will return the amount of the canceled products, after receiving and verifying that they are in a resold state. We do not reimburse any charges incurred with postage.

We strive to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, if your articles are not in order, please call Customer Service: (+351) 256 305 238/964 951 674 within 2 business days of receiving your order.

We will replace the items on the order or send the refund, as appropriate, by paying the shipping charges. For this purpose you will need to obtain a proof of delivery of your transport service so that we can reimburse you for the ordering.
